EC Procurement Thresholds
The European Commission’s procurement rules set out specific
procedures for the award of certain public contracts whose value equals or
exceeds specific thresholds. These rules apply to public authorities and
certain utility companies operating in the energy, water, transport and
telecommunications sectors.
Details of the thresholds (net of VAT) are provided below.

central government bodies subject to the WTO GPA. These thresholds will also
apply to any successor bodies.

- CPC 7524 - Television and Radio Broadcast services
- CPC 7525 - Interconnection services
