Which Licence is Right for Me?
Tenderline offer a number of flexible licensing solutions
several of which can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your
business.
Subscribing is easy:
- Step 1 : Decide which licence is right for you.
- Step 2 : Download and print the associated agreement.
- Step 3 : Complete and sign the agreement and return it to us at
the address below.
We will create your account and email you when it has been set
up, usually within 24 hours. We'll even get you up and running with
a profile if you supply us with your web address.

Option 1 - Rolling monthly licence
Option 1 offers greater flexibility and is based on a single
user licence taken on a rolling monthly basis. This option has been
designed specifically for new business start-ups where cash flow
may be an issue. Option 1 can be upgraded after 6 months to Option
2 (Annual licence) with a pro-rata reduction in licence fee (one
off payment required of £250 plus VAT).

Option 2 - Annual licence
Option 2 offers a single user licence and is suitable for all
SME's.
Annual licence fee - £495 plus VAT

Option 3 - Multi user licence
Option 3 is suitable for suppliers or manufacturers who wish to
disseminate Tenderline information to up to 20 named users within
their own organisation.
Annual licence fee - £4950 plus VAT

Option 4 - Enterprise licence
Option 4 is suitable for mid to larger suppliers or
manufacturers who wish to disseminate Tenderline information to up
to 100 named users within their own organisation.

Option 5 is suitable for large suppliers or manufacturers who
wish to disseminate Tenderline information to over 100 named users
within their own organisation.

Options 4 and 5 can be tailored to meet the needs of business
clubs, trade organisations and professional bodies. This bespoke
option will allow you to deliver the latest tender information
directly to your own members. This option is subject to a special

Profile reviews
All Tenderline licences receive monthly profile reviews. These
reviews help to fine-tune your tender profile allowing you to
better align your requirements to the most appropriate SIC
codes.
Monthly reporting
Licence Options 3, 4 and 5 also receive a number of useful
monthly reports including a master licence report identifying which
users are accessing what Tenderline information, a board style
executive summary presentation report and more.
